Our selection is on the Houston Texans to defeat the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday at 1:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Jacksonville scored lots last week against a bad LV defense. But, it didn't score very much at all in the two weeks before.

The Jaguars are just 3-12 over their L15 games played on the road.

Houston started the season off pretty slowly but is finally getting back to what everyone hoped for.

The Texans have won four of their L5 divisional games at home since the end of last year.

They are also 9-2 against opponents within the AFC South Division overall.

Our selection is on the Minnesota Wild to defeat the Calgary Flames on Sunday at 8:07pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Through 13-16 games, Calgary has been the worst team in the NHL (and it's played 16.)

The Flames cannot win many games at all, and they are just 2-6-1 on the road.

They have lost nine games in a row against opponents within the Western Conference.

Minnesota doesn't have a very good record either. But, it's starting to win more games.

The Wild are 3-1 over their L4 games and are respectable at home.

Our selection is on the Loyola Chicago Ramblers to cover the spread against the North Texas Mean Green on Sunday at 5:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

North Texas was a top team in the AAC last season and is getting way too much respect this year.

The Mean Green lost a lot of their players and that includes all five of the players that started.

They have had two really easy games to start the season. This will be a big switch, and they will be on the road.

Loyola Chicago got the bad loss out of it's system and should be better tonight.

The Ramblers were 16-1 at home last season in all of their games.

Our selection is on the Atlanta Falcons @ Indianapolis Colts to finish OVER the total on Sunday at 9:30am ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Atlanta scored 23 points and should have scored more last week if it hadn't missed an extra point to go to OT.

The Falcons offense is hit or miss at times, but can score a lot of points on a good day and this is a really good fixtures for them.

Indianapolis has given up lots of yardage this season and has one of the worst pass defenses.

The Colts score lots of points though as they lead the NFL with 32.2 points a game.

The OVER is 8-4 over their L12 games since last year.

Our selection is on the Arizona Cardinals @ Seattle Seahawks game to finish OVER the total on Sunday at 4:05pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Arizona is 3-5 this season, but won it's last game and should be able to put up some points today.

The Cardinals have scored 20 or more points in five straight games this season.

Seattle is on a mission as it's won three games in a row, scoring 75 points in those games, with two of them being on the road.

The OVER is 4-1 over their L5 games played at Lumen Field in Seattle.

The Seahawks have also seen the total go OVER in 63% of their games overall this season.

Our selection is on the Cleveland Cavaliers @ Miami Heat to finish UNDER the total on Monday at 7:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Cleveland has scored lots in some games this season, but not so much in others. It shoots the ball at a pretty average rate.

The Cavaliers aren't so good at free throws either, so late points isn't always a 'for sure' thing.

They have seen the total stay UNDER in seven of their L11 games played in Miami as a road favorite.

Miami hasn't cared much about defense this season and leads the league in pace, that's why this total is so high.

But, the Heat have also seen seven of their L11 games as a home underdog against all teams stay UNDER.
